Charter Review Commission Meeting

As permitted by House Bill 404, this meeting is being held via videoconference and/or teleconference only and will be live-streamed via YouTube.

Public input is invited at the beginning of the meeting. Participants must register with the Clerk of Council by 3 pm on the day of the meeting. Staff will monitor those attending digitally to determine if there is a speaker waiting. Please wait until you are recognized by the Chair, state your name and address so that your comments may be properly recorded and limit your remarks to a period of five (5) minutes or less.

Written comments may be submitted to the Commission and must be received by 3 pm on the day of the meeting. All comments will be read into the record. Written comments and participation registration may be submitted via:

During the COVID-19 pandemic, as permitted by House Bill 197 and extended by HB 404, meetings may be held via videoconference and/or teleconference and will be live-streamed via YouTube. Public input may be sent by email to the Clerk of Council at Council@tallmadge-ohio.org no later than 3 p.m. on the meeting date. The public may also pre-register to speak at the meeting by contacting the Clerk of Council at Council@tallmadge-ohio.org no later than 3 p.m. on the meeting date. Public input must include the submitter’s full name and address and comply with other applicable Rules of Council, TCO 111.01.
