Leaf collection for the 2016 season has concluded. Thank you for the cooperation and patience as the city tried a new method for pick up!
This year's leaf program will be different than in the past. The City will no longer be split into weekly sections for collection. Instead our hope is to collect everyone's leaves throughout the City every 8-10 business days depending on weather and breakdowns. The program will run for six weeks from the start date.
Tips to Assure Pickup
We encourage you to rake your leaves out as they fall.
Avoid raking leaves near street signs, mailboxes, catch basins, culvert pipes or in ditches.
Avoid parking cars in the street, as the leaf collection crews will not be able to collect leaves.
Leaves containing branches, brush, grass clippings or other debris will NOT be picked up.
In the event of unusual weather, city crews may fall behind. Every effort will be made to collect all leaves raked to the street.
Brimfield Aggregate accepts clean, separated concrete, topsoil, leaves, wood chips and logs. For more information, view the Brimfield Aggregate website.
