The applicant must first call Info Line (330) 376-6660 and speak with them regarding their particular situation and what the money is needed for.  There are times that Info Line will forward them to another agency, but if not, they will take all of your information and call the Council office.  We then inform the Chairperson of the Richardson Trust Fund Committee of the applicant and the committee then decides whether or not they can help that person.  There is a one-time limit of $200 for any person requesting funds.  The person requesting assistance must be a Tallmadge resident.
